The best way to find investors is to market yourself.  I recommend getting the real investor website (http://www.canadaforeclosurelist.ca/powertools) because you can use it to attract investors.  You can also post ads online or in the newspaper.  You may not have any leads to start with, but I started with no leads too but with consistent effort you can build a large, powerful list of investors who will give you cash for your deals.
