Solution Direct mail is a very effective way of contacting the sellers. It's a numbers game and if you have to send out 100 mailings to get one deal (and make $50,000 on that deal) Do the math... That means that each mailing you did made you $500. Not bad for just sending out pieces of printed paper, don't you think?

The difference between the successful and the unsuccessful is that the successful understand the numbers game, and don't give up on the 99th mailing... they see the bigger picture.

But if you want to increase you responses even more, we recommend:
